As editorial director of the ETC Press, I managed the comprehensive production cycle for Creative Chaos, handling everything from line editing and copyediting to overseeing design production while ensuring the project remained on budget and met deadlines. I developed a project management system to get input from multiple stakeholders while maintaining alignment with the broader brand identity of both the Entertainment Technology Center and Carnegie Mellon University
