MIT Technology Review

Media

At MIT’s Technology Review (2004-2006), I helped lead the publication’s digital transformation by building and directing a 10-person digital news operation during technology publishing’s shift to web-first journalism. I managed the integration of our digital editorial and technology teams with the company’s business mission to reimagine how technology journalism could work online. We built a daily news operation, launched targeted newsletters, and developed revenue-generating microsites that tripled the site’s audience.

MIT Technology Review is an influential technology and science publication, founded in 1899 and published by MIT, that provides an in-depth analysis of emerging technologies and their societal impact through both digital and print media. While editorially independent from MIT, it has established itself as a leading voice in technology journalism, known particularly for its annual “10 Breakthrough Technologies” list and comprehensive coverage of areas like AI, biotechnology, and computing.
